CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. all-purpose potatoes
2 tsp. salt
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes 30 minutes; drain well. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, garlic salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream mixing until smooth.

Turn potato mixture into greased 13x9x2 (3 quart) baking dish. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 325 degrees 30 minutes, 375 degrees 30 minutes more.
