CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes (or 20 servings of instant potatoes)
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and heat until light and fluffy. Cover and refrigerate. To use, put desired amount in greased casserole, dot with butter, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
