CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 green pepper, diced finely
1 (7 oz.) jar diced pimento
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
2 lb. lump crab meat
Mayonnaise to cover paprika to garnish

Combine all ingredients, mix lightly. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 20 minutes.
