SWEET RELISH 
4 c. ground onions
4 c. ground cabbage
4 c. ground green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 sweet red peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Grind vegetables with coarse blade of food chopper. Sprinkle with salt, let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture. Heat to boiling hot, simmer 3 minutes and pack in hot jars and seal. Makes 12 pints.
