MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned with onion and garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 can regular tomatoes (depending on quantity desired)
6 oz. of ground Cheddar cheese

Combine and mix in 2 cups or so of mashed taco chips. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
