LAYERED VEGETABLE-MEAT CASSEROLE 
5 potatoes, sliced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 can tomatoes
1 can Rotel
Salt and pepper

Layer vegetables in order as listed in large casserole dish. Crumble uncooked hamburger meat on top. Salt and pepper. Mix tomatoes and Rotel together and pour over top of vegetables and meat. Cook in 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered.
