2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 c. chopped walnuts, if desired

Mix all of the above and pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
