BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. oil

Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, flour and baking powder. Stir in water, egg and oil. Mix until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter on preheated, lightly greased griddle. Cook until pancakes begin to dry and bubble on top. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown. Makes 12 (4 1/2 inch) pancakes.
