BAKED HAM 
Place ham in an open roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees to an internal temperature of 140 degrees on meat thermometer. For a fully cooked ham (about 15 minutes per pound) or 160 degrees to cook before eating ham (about 20 to 25 minutes per pound). If desired, apply a glaze to meat during last 15 to 30 minutes of baking.
