HAM GLAZES 
1:

1 c. honey
2 tbsp. cherry juice
1 tsp. mustard

Cut ham in squares on top. Half hour before ham is done, baste this glaze several times. Put water in bottom of pan before cooking.

2:

Cloves
Brown sugar
Pineapple slices and cherries
Juice of pineapple

Cut ham in squares on top. Put water in bottom of ham. Put pineapple with toothpicks on top of ham with a cherry on toothpick. Smear brown sugar over top. Pour juice over. Baste every 1/2 hour.

6-9 pound; cook 1 1/2 -2 hours.

9-12 pound; cook 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

12-15 pound; cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

15-18 pound; cook 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
