1 lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lb. Ricotta cheese

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Place batter in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add ricotta cheese. Spoon cheese mixture over cake batter evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
