1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

3 egg whites
1 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. powdered sugar (as needed)
3 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. milk

Mix top ingredients together and bake in 2 flat 9"x13" cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

Mix filling and spread on one cake and top with the other cake. Cut into pieces the size you want or Twinkie size.
