HEALTH SALAD 
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 c. cracked wheat (bulgur)
2 cucumbers
3 green onions
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 c. bean sprouts (your choice)
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about 30 minutes to soften cracked wheat. Serve.
