HARDY BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. ground round
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can white northern beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans

Fry bacon, crumble. Fry ground round in bacon drippings. Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Mix well. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
