CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces
1/2-3/4 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. melted butter

Saute meat and onion - drain. Toss together with rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Pour into greased shallow casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Toss in peas and celery and bake for 15 minutes longer. Brown almonds in butter; sprinkle over casserole.
