MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 sm. cans chili
1/2 sm. carton sour cream
6 slices cheese
1 med. bag Dorito chips

Brown meat and onion; mix with canned chili. Spread on bottom of oblong casserole dish. Spread sour cream carefully on top. Lay cheese slices on top of sour cream. Crush Doritos and sprinkle on top of cheese, enough to cover entire dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Can use picante sauce on individual servings. Add refried beans, chips and salsa or cheese dip and you've got a great Mexican dinner.
