ITALIAN CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breast
Italian dressing
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Beaten eggs
Cooking oil

1. Cut chicken (sliced), dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.

2. Fry in hot oil until done.

3. Put in dish in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

4. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with salad dressing and water. Cover dish.

5. Bake 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
