ITALIAN MEATBALL NIBBLES | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or dried mint 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/8 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c. commercial seasoned bread crumbs Grated Parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients except Parmesan; mix well. Form mixture into 1 to 1 1/4 inch balls, and place in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Roll each meatball in Parmesan cheese. Serve warm. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen. |
