12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate pieces
1 stick of butter
1 c. peanut butter
Big box of Crispix
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt first three ingredients together. Put Crispix on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Spoon the chocolate, butter and peanut butter mixture over them and stir. Throw the powdered sugar in a trash bag and pour in Crispix mixture. Shake at least 10 times till all are coated.
