PIZZA CASSEROLE 
TOPPING:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
Garlic powder
6 to 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 oz.) Ragu

BATTER:

1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Layer cheese on top. Mix batter ingredients except Parmesan. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan over top. Bake at 400 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Dough will puff up.
