BAKED CARROTS 
1 can carrots or 1 lb. fresh carrots, cooked until tender
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all well in blender. Pour into greased casserole or pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
