3 med. potatoes, peeled and diced 2 c. chicken bouillon or stock 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked Add diced potatoes to bouillon stock and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Blend on HIGH in a blender or food processor to liquify. Add flaked tuna and heat. Yield: about 2 cups. Recipe may be doubled, etc. |
