BILL'S SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
1 can Manhattan style clam chowder
1 can tomato soup or tomato paste
1 sm. can tuna fish in water
1/2 sm. can sliced Chinese water chestnuts
1 can mixed vegetables or vegetable soup
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 "tails" of frozen artificial lobster tails (optional), cut into 1/2 inch quarters
1/2 lb. shrimp, optional
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. bay leaves, chopped
1/8 tsp. 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
1/4 tsp. file (if available)

Put all ingredients into large saucepan. Shrimp and lobster "tails" may be added if you have them.

Seasoning is to taste. Add or leave out condiments until it tastes right to you. Cook over low heat for several hours.
