OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick uncooked oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

In large mixer bowl beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to cream mixture. Stir in butterscotch morsels and oats. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 7 to 8 minutes, 375 degrees for chewy; 9 to 10 minutes crisp cookies. Let sit on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing.
