LEMON CHEESE PIE 
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 Egg Beaters
1/4 c. skim milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated lemon

Blend cottage cheese in blender (medium) until smooth. Add all ingredients until smooth, then pour into 9 inch Pam sprayed pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees one hour or until set. 150 calories per serving. Ten servings.
