JELLO SALAD 
2 lg. pkgs. of your favorite Jello
1 pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
Fruit to compliment the flavor of Jello
No pineapple please

Lime Jello - mandarin oranges
Blackberry Jello - frozen raspberries
Lemon Jello - bananas

Prepare Jello with all the hot water required and about 2/3rds of the cold water required. Select a container (glass) and fill 1/2 way with Jello. A pretty bowl is just as nice and without the hassle of unmolding. Place half of your favorite fruit in the finished container. Save any juice for second step. Gel all the Jello in refrigerator. In the blender, add remaining fruit, dry vanilla pudding and the leftover Jello until blender is full. High speed until well blended. Should turn smooth, add water if needed. Pour on top of Jello in the finished container. Place in refrigerator to re-gel. Serve.
