1 bag Puffcorn Delites (Mike-Sell's)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Put corn in large paper bag (brown grocery bag). Set aside. Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in a 2 quart bowl. Microwave on High for 3 minutes (until it boils). Then microwave on High for 2 more minutes. Next, add baking soda - stir. Pour hot mixture over Puffcorn. Close bag and shake hard. Put bag in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake again. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake until cool.
