CHICKEN BROCCOLI DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut or spears broccoli
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked, deboned & chopped (cubed)
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs (opt.)
1 tbsp. melted butter

For variation, use cream of broccoli soup instead of chicken.

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and place in greased 12"x8"x2" casserole.

Place cubed chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder, blending well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese (and optional bread crumbs) and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
