RHUBARB SMOOTHIE 
1/4 cup rhubarb
1/4 cup black raspberries
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen fruit
drizzle of honey (to taste)

Add water to blender, then the other ingredients. Blend well until smooth.

A nice way to add fruit to your diet. I like smoothies for breakfast.
