CHEESE LOGS 
1 loaf bread (remove crust)
1 stick butter (butter)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar

Thoroughly mix ingredients for filling. Roll out each slice bread and spread on cheese mixture. Melt butter. Dip rolled bread with filling in batter, and then roll in sugar and cinnamon. Freeze 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
