OLD - FASHIONED MEAT LOAF 
1 can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Shape firmly into a loaf; place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
