1 pkg. frozen potatoes, O'Brien, partially thawed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat together cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is melted (low heat). Mix potatoes and cheese mixture and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
