QUICK POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers

Mix half the butter with corn flakes. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle corn flake mixture on top. Place in COLD oven and bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
