QUICK POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
Crushed crackers or potato chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine potatoes, butter, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a casserole dish and top with crackers or potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
