STRAWBERRY ANGEL FLUFF CAKE | |
1 (6 oz.) strawberry jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed 1 purchased Angel Food cake (large, do not use fresh homemade cake) Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let this cool. Break cake into egg-sized pieces. Combine jello mixture, strawberries and whipped topping. Stir well. Add cake and fold well to coat cake. Spoon into a tube pan and chill until firm, about 4 hours. Slice. Add a dollop of whipped cream; top with a strawberry. |
