1 lb. liverwurst or braunschweiger
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
Old London melba rounds

In mix bowl, combine ingredients except melba rounds. Beat until smooth. Serve with melba rounds. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 2 2/3 cups.
