1 can pineapple, cherry, blueberry or peach pie filling
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter; add sugar and eggs. Mix in flour and vanilla. Mix well. Spread batter evenly into greased jelly roll pan 1/2 inch thick. Mark into squares and place spoonful of filling into each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (Check after 20 minutes - do not want too dark.)
