BROCK PRAY'S CORNBREAD 
1/2 c. home ground cornmeal
1/2 c. Martha White's Mexican cornbread mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
Buttermilk as needed for right consistency, about 3/4 - 1 c.

Spray skillet with Pam, bake at 450 degrees.
