MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cornbread mix
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
Chopped green chilies
1 lb. ground beef
4 slices American cheese

Combine 2 eggs and 2/3 cup milk with package of cornbread mix. Add 2/3 can of cream style corn.

Brown ground beef, add onions and green chilies.

Pour 1/2 of cornbread mixture into a lightly greased casserole. Put ground beef mixture on top. Pour remaining corn on top and add 4 slices cheese on top. Cover with cornbread mixture. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
