TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground Chuck
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. French's Taco Mix
American cheese or Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix

Separate meat and boil in water until done. Pour off water. Add can of corn, tomato sauce, and taco mix and bring to boil. BOIL FIVE MINUTES. Pour into large casserole dish and top with a layer of cheese. Top with cornbread mix (made up from directions on package.) Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread is done.
