SPICY YOGURT CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tamale or mixed Mexican spice
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 c. plain yogurt
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch cast iron frying pan (or 8 inch square pan).
