SMOKED SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA 
1 c. instant rice, cooked
1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat in large skillet, sausage, onion, green pepper and celery, saute until tender. Add tomatoes, hot sauce and pepper. Stir rice into sausage mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
