SMOKED SAUSAGE & RICE JAMBALAYA 
2 boil-in-bags of Success rice
1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage (cut into pieces)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, reserve liquid
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. or less cayenne

Prepare rice according to package directions, drain thoroughly. Set aside. While rice is cooking coat the sides of a 10 inch skillet with Pam. Add sausage, onions, green pepper and celery in skillet and saute until tender. Add tomatoes, reserved liquid, garlic powder, thyme and cayenne. Mix well. Fold in rice.
