SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. large shrimp
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 1/2 sticks butter
Parsley
1 tbsp. white wine
Seasoned bread crumbs

Peel and devein shrimp, rinse under cold water. Melt butter, add garlic, toss the shrimp in butter to lightly coat. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and stick under broiler 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over rice or linguini. Garnish with parsley.
