ORANGE PECANS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. white corn syrup
2 1/2 c. pecans

Put pecans in warm oven (250 degrees) while preparing glaze. In 2 quart saucepan, mix first 5 ingredients; cook to soft ball stage. Add pecans and stir until creamy. Quickly turn out on waxed paper and separate with fork.
