ORANGE PECANS 
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
4 c. pecan halves

Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Stir in pecans; continue to cook, stirring until all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat, separate and spread on wax paper.
