BAKED APPLE PUFFS 
6 apples (baking size)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
10 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cinnamon, put on apples. Place in buttered baking dish. Sift dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients then put mixture together; beat well. Spoon over apples. Bake at 355 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until apples are tender. Serve topped with whipped cream.
