BAKED APPLE PUFF 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. peeled & tart chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg and sugar together. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir into egg mixture. Add nuts, apple and vanilla. Bake in a greased pie pan in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serves 6. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
