2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

Sift together, then add:

2 eggs
1 #2 can crushed pineapple

Grease cake pan or cookie sheet with sides. Mix by hand and spread in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool a few minutes before icing.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter
1 box powdered sugar

Mix all together and spread on cake. It is easier to mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla first and then add to the powdered sugar. You can use a mixer.
