BRAZIL NUT SHORTBREAD COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1-2 c. sliced Brazil nuts

Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly. Work flours into creamed mixture. Blend in nuts. Flatten small spoonfuls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees.
